Personality Profiles

Understanding personality patterns better - one’s own and those of others – is something we use as productive impulse to further develop individuals and groups. That helps our customers to

• understand themselves and others better,
• appreciate and positively work with differences,
• reduce frustration and conflict.

To this end, we use internationally recognised psychometric instruments::

Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI)

Identifies how people prefer to learn, think, problem solve and interact with others. Thereupon, it provides practical suggestions for personal development and all areas of cooperating with others. Questionnaires and individual reports are available in German, English, Danish, Dutch, Finish, French, Greek, Italian, Norwegian, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Swedish and Turkish.

Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Inventory® (TKI)

Identifies how people prefer to approach conflict, and looks at (illustrates) the impact each style has on relationships between individuals and within groups. Questionnaire and individual reports are available in German, English, Dutch, French, Spanish and Portuguese.

To avoid counterproductive stereotyping and to ensure maximum personal benefit for every participant,
an individual feed-back conversation is included in each profile.
